Merchants of Kashgar on the Silk Road." Melba the Christmas Cactus" is doing well here in Colorado. She has been in full bloom since Thanksgiving.
My beautiful new addition to the kitchen. Just waiting for the glue to dry with the boxes as weight on the counter top.

Wow, look at you go! The pictures of the silk road are fun since I didn't get to be there for that. Your Christmas cactus is beautiful. The cabinets came out great too - I'm so glad that my hubby was able to help get them installed. We are all looking forward to seeing you tomorrow! :)

Hey there!

Love those cabinets -- yes, these houses just don't seem to know what a cabinet is!!

Thanks for stopping by my blog. The one you visited is the one where I mostly talk about what we're working on. For more "personal" (ie: occasional rants and thoughts on life), you can take a look at this one: http://randomthoughtsofanagingartist.blogspot.com/

If you'd like to come by some day I'd be happy to walk you through some blog tricks for getting the captions to go where you want them.

Your pictures are beautiful --- loved those of the ocean!!

It's great to know you
